KO Global Auto Part General Manager

Position Description:

Our team is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead KO Global Auto Parts division. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and executing the strategy to expand our company's current operations into Western and Eastern Europe.

As General Manager, you will manage the end-to-end import and export activities of vehicles and auto parts between North America and Europe. An expert understanding of relevant customs regulations, import/export procedures, and the European automotive market is crucial to success in this position.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations and logistics, managing and training staff, developing standard operating procedures, and monitoring inventory controls. Specifically, you will be accountable for the security and organization of vehicle storage lots, tracking all inventory received and released, coordinating the placement and movement of vehicles, and preparing financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing an automotive import/export business and launching new market expansions. You combine excellent leadership abilities with deep knowledge of the European automotive industry. General Requirements:

- Responsible for establishing strategy of expanding company's current operations into foreign markets

- Manages import/export activities of vehicles and auto parts to Western and Eastern Europe

- Knowledgeable in customs requirements import/export procedures of European market

- Oversees operations by managing, scheduling and training staff, developing and implementing standard operating procedures

- Monitors vehicle storage and inventory by overseeing security of storage lots, keeping track of all vehicles received and released, directing the placement and repositions of vehicles on the lots and preparing revenue and expenditure reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in the fields of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Business/Global Business, or Business Administration.

Language Requirements:

Knowledge of European Languages, such as Polish, German, Russian

Travel:

~25%. Eastern/Western Europe. ~12 times/year
